2022/11/10
In recent years, we have entered an era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), where the future becomes more difficult to predict, and entrepreneurship, the “ability to seek something new from zero,” is in demand not only by some companies but also worldwide. Entrepreneurship, the ability to seek something new from scratch, is now required not only by some companies, but also worldwide. Furthermore, well-being, the ability to be mentally, physically, and socially happy and fulfilled, has become a very significant trend. Against these backgrounds, Beyond 2020 NEXT PROJECT has been working on planning and organization around the themes of SDGs, well-being, and comprehensive knowledge.
In this event, we will turn our attention to “brain science,” a field that is existing and difficult to commercialize, yet essential for the further development of society in the future, and focus our discussions on “not getting dementia” rather than “supporting people after they get dementia. Through lectures and group discussions, we will look for the current situation and issues regarding dementia, and explore ideas and new lifestyles and amusements to solve them.
