FY2024 Value Creation by Healthcare x Design x Business Model Course
This course is designed to help participants understand the process from idea generation to business model development, with the aim of creating businesses in the healthcare field. During the two-month program, participants will learn about ideas from design experts, listen to the front lines of the healthcare field, practice business model hypothesis testing, and present their newly created business models on the last day of the program. The program will also include training to enhance leadership skills and enable participants to build a business model as a team organization.
