Tokyo Metropolitan Government is looking for student volunteers for SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026!
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is looking for students (ITAMAE Volunteers) who will support and work with us onsite at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on April 27, 28, and 29, 2026. SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 is a global innovation conference that brings together Tokyo’s cutting-edge technology, diverse ideas, and digital know-how to create “sustainable new value” to overcome common global urban challenges. -Activities At SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, you will be responsible for the operation of the three days of the event (April 27, 28, and 29).
-Volunteers will be provided with the following items 1) Ticket to SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 (access for 3 days) (2) Event-specific goods not for sale (T-shirts, straps, etc.) (3) Invitations to pre-event social events and after-parties exclusively for ITAMAE volunteers (4) Meet other people of your generation who are interested in globalization and startups.
-Eligibility Students who meet the following requirements - Students enrolled in high school, university, graduate school, etc. - Those who can participate for at least one day - Those who can visit Tokyo Big Sight during the activity period - Those who are willing to participate in volunteer activities designated by the organizer - Those who can comply with the instructions and communications from the organizer.
-Activity period Monday, April 27, Tuesday, April 28, and Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (all days from 8:00 – 19:00) - Each day will consist of a half-day shift and a half-day event viewing content (including breaks and standby time.) A half-day shift will be scheduled for each day (including breaks and standby time). - You may participate for as little as one day (we encourage you to participate for at least two days if at all possible). . - Preliminary meetups will be held at Tokyo Innovation Base in late February and early April. -How to apply Please visit the official ITAMAE website for the application form.
