The University of Tsukuba is pleased to announce the opening of “Legal and Financial Strategies for Startups” as an extension program.
This course is designed for those who are aiming to launch a start-up business and those who are interested in management.
– Legal and Financial Strategies for Startups – A Professional’s Guide to Risk Management
Legal knowledge is essential for the sustainable growth of a startup. Understanding the law can be a great weapon in advancing contract negotiations, facilitating fundraising, protecting important intellectual property, and managing labor properly.
In this course, lawyers, judicial scriveners, administrative scriveners, tax accountants, certified public accountants, patent attorneys, and labor and social security attorneys who are also alumni of the University of Tsukuba Graduate School will explain the legal and financial points to avoid potential risks that a company may face, from a professional perspective, in an easy-to-understand manner according to the startup’s growth stage The seminar will be held in Tokyo, Japan.
