TIB JAM】 Recruitment of student members for overseas travel and domestic missions in 2026
TIB JAM is looking for mission challengers who will move the future of the startup ecosystem.
This is a two-month practical project in which 20 selected students will work in two sites, one overseas and one in Japan, to gain a structural understanding of the startup ecosystem, which will lead to specific challenges in Japan.
Germany and France–even in the same Europe, with different histories, cultures, and industrial structures, the way startup ecosystems are created is completely different. This project is an overseas dispatch project to go back and forth between the two countries to understand the global startup ecosystem firsthand, and then bring back a specific project to the Japanese startup ecosystem to challenge it.
At the same time, the project will also select 10 domestic mission participants who will work side-by-side with the 10 participants to research the Japanese startup ecosystem structurally from the inside and launch and implement their own projects. A total of 20 people will contribute to the Tokyo startup ecosystem from both domestic and overseas sites.
The experience gained overseas and the projects launched in Japan will be used to take on the challenge of moving the startup ecosystem in Japan with their own hands. Please take the first step in this project.
