Students are invited to participate in the GTIE Student Entrepreneurship Program (GTIE-SEP) 2023 Domestic Training (Practical)!

The Greater Tokyo Innovation Ecosystem (GTIE) is a platform of 14 universities in the Tokyo metropolitan area that aims to nurture entrepreneurial talent and develop university-launched startups that will change the world.
The GTIE Student Entrepreneurship Program 2023 (GTIE SEP) is an entrepreneurship program for all students at universities participating in GTIE. In the in-country training (practical training), the program aims to help students to formulate their own ideas and seeds into a business plan using the Lean Launchpad method born in Silicon Valley, and then to brush up the plan to a level where it can be considered as an actual business.

Number of selected teams: 8 teams (tentative)
3.Accepted applicants:
A: Teams of students (undergraduate and graduate students) enrolled in GTIE universities (about 4 people)
B: Teams of individuals participating in the program

*GTIE Universities are 14 universities: The University of Tokyo, Waseda University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, University of Tsukuba, Chiba University, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Ochanomizu University, Kanagawa University of Health and Welfare, Yokohama National University, Yokohama City University, Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Keio University, Tokyo Metropolitan University and Shibaura Institute of Technology.
**Teams of students from different universities are also welcome.

(1) Registration (not required if you have already registered)

(2) Download the application form (see below) and submit it by the deadline below.
Submit to: GTIE Secretariat

A: Teams of students (undergraduate or graduate) enrolled in a GTIE university (approximately 4 students)

B: Individuals participating in the program and forming a team

-Application Deadline: A: Tuesday, October 10, 2023, noon *Applications are no longer accepted.
B: Tuesday, October 17, 2023, noon

-Selection Method: Written screening (applicants will be notified of the results in late October)

-Participation fee: Free of charge
*Expenses other than the program participation fee, such as communication expenses for application and course attendance, domestic transportation expenses, etc., are to be borne by the applicant.

-Others
The selected teams will have access to GTIE facilities (INDEST).
