The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is launching a new initiative called the “Junior and Senior High School Student Entrepreneurship Program,” in which students plan and carry out projects on their own to spread the appeal of taking on challenges among their peers. We are pleased to announce that we are now recruiting “junior and senior high school student members” for this program, who will learn through various programs while planning and carrying out their own projects.
1. About the Junior and Senior High School Student Entrepreneurship Practice Program(1) Project Overview
Junior high and high school students will take the lead in planning and managing programs, creating a cycle in which their peers develop an interest in various challenges—such as solving social issues and starting businesses—acquire the necessary skills to address them, and put those skills into practice. (2) Overview of Activities •
Starting around November Reiwa 8, teams of approximately 20 members will meet about twice a month at Tokyo Innovation Base to participate in group training sessions and planning meetings. During these sessions, you will work on developing the content for the “SusHi Tech Tokyo 2027 Public Day” event, designed to help your peers become more familiar with entrepreneurship and business.

3. Awareness-Building Event: “The First Step Toward a Challenge Starts Here”
We will hold an awareness-raising event to introduce the objectives and planned activities of this project and highlight its appeal. Through talk sessions featuring experts and workshops, this event will provide insights into the “daily lives” and “struggles” of entrepreneurs.
